Ashley Aronson
Ashley Aronson is a multifaceted entrepreneur and philanthropist, serving as both the founder and CEO of the Stone Flip Foundation. This 501c3 non-profit organization is dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, specifically in the Entertainment and Technology Industries. As a former consultant for top-tier firms such as Booz Allen Hamilton and Accenture, Ashley has established herself as a proven leader with a talent for building programs and developing data-driven digital strategies and products to solve complex problems. Driven by her belief in the transformative power of creativity to inspire positive change, Ashley founded the Stone Flip Foundation to provide marginalized groups with the tools and resources they need to overcome systemic challenges. Her philosophy centers on the idea that stories can be used to generate empathy and compassion, ultimately uniting disparate groups of people through the common thread of humanity. Ashley's impressive portfolio includes working with top companies and organizations such as AMC Networks, NIKE, NAVY, Amtrak, Paul Hastings, QuidelOrtho, and both the Department of Transportation and Defense. Her expertise and leadership have helped numerous clients achieve their goals and make an impact in their respective industries.

Tonja Reddick
Tonja O Reddick is a Washington, DC based business owner of a Construction and Development company. Over the last 25 years, she has built programs to facilitate effective program management practices, developed strategic plans which integrated enterprise procedures, tools, and operation improvements. Tonja has proven success in leading and developing large collaborative cross-functional teams in managing multiple enterprise initiatives which have been profitable. She received her BA from North Carolina Central University and MBA from the University of Baltimore.

Peter Gordon, PsyD
Hailing from beautiful sunny Jamaica, Peter is a licensed graduate professional counselor, a certified Life Coach, and a Holistic Health and Wellness Coach. Peter is an avid mental health advocate who provides psychodynamic trauma-informed psychotherapy to a diverse clientele. He holds a bachelor's degree from Principia College and a master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Bonaventure University. Peter is also a doctoral candidate in clinical psychology at George Washington University in Washington, DC.

Abid Haque, MD
An Atlanta, GA native, Abid Haque is a resident physician at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City. He is a proud graduate of Howard University's College of Medicine in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining medical school, Abid had a myriad of other roles which included running for public office, working as an analyst for an educational consulting firm, and management consultant for the fastest growing consulting firm in the country. He is also a freelance journalist and regularly writes about health & wellness for publications, including The New York Times, GQ, and Bon Appetit.
